We source single-origin Arabica beans from moderate altitudes, roast in small batches, and stop the roast before it turns harsh. The result is coffee that's bold without being bitter, bright without being sharp — smooth enough to drink black. Want it even easier on your stomach? Go with a darker roast and brew through a paper filter (drip, pour-over, Chemex) — both meaningfully reduce acidity. We don't market as a medical "low acid" product, so if you have reflux or GERD, check with your doctor.
