Do I need to sign up?
No. If you purchase coffee from our website, you’re automatically included in the Bean Counter program. Just make sure you check out with the same email address each time.
Does every coffee purchase count?
Yes — and it counts per bag, not per order. If you purchase multiple bags in one order, each bag counts toward your Bean Counter progress. For example, if you buy three bags in one order, that counts as three bags toward your progress.
What rewards do I earn?
When you reach certain milestones, we’ll send you a reward code by email. After 5 bags, you’ll receive $10 off your next purchase. After 10 bags, you’ll receive $20 off your next purchase. For most of our coffees, that works out to roughly 50% off at 5 bags and a free bag at 10 bags.
What if I purchase coffee at the Farmer’s Market?
Those purchases can count too. When you check out at the market, just opt in with your email address the first time you purchase. After that, your purchases will automatically be tracked toward your Bean Counter progress. Once you’ve opted in, the program will track both online and in-person purchases using the same email address.
How will I know when I earn a reward?
When you reach a reward milestone, we’ll email you with your discount code and instructions for using it.
Can I check my progress?
We’ll send you a progress update after each purchase so you know how close you are to your next reward. We’re also working on ways to show your Bean Counter progress more dynamically on the website in the future.
